Jones Lang LaSalle ("JLL") and BNP Paribas Real Estate ("BNPPRE") (the "Advisors") are acting as exclusive advisors to Ampère Gestion ("Ampère Gestion") in connection with the Nexus project (the "Nexus Project" or the "Project"), which consists of the disposal, directly or indirectly, of an initial portfolio comprising 38 residential assets representing 1,264 dwellings located in mainland France (the "Initial Portfolio" or "Nexus Portfolio") and, where applicable, an additional portfolio of 28 residential assets representing 870 dwellings also located in mainland France (the "Additional Portfolio" or "Nexus 2 Portfolio") (together the "Portfolios"), managed by Ampère Gestion and CDC Habitat on behalf of an investor (the "Sellers").
This website (the "Website") has been prepared by JLL and BNPPRE for use by the recipient only. The Website has been prepared for the sole purpose of presenting the Project. The simple delivery of access to the Website by JLL and BNPPRE to the recipient constitutes acceptance by the latter of all the provisions set out below.
